| Resumo: | Este trabalho procura apresentar, através de uma investigação empírica, alguns elementos que se encontram presentes na divisão sexual do trabalho, tanto no espaço produtivo quanto no espaço reprodutivo, tentando entender a relação existente entre a divisão de tarefas na esfera doméstica das trabalhadoras e as suas funções no mundo do trabalho assalariado no setor do telemarketing no Brasil. A pesquisa realizada mostra que a divisão sexual das tarefas presente no trabalho e na reprodução tem sido responsável por uma profunda situação de desigualdade entre homens e mulheres, tendência reiterada em nossa investigação no setor do telemarketing. Para que pudéssemos compreender estes elementos, nosso estudo nos levou a explorar mais analiticamente o significado das categorias do Trabalho e da Reprodução. Portanto, será através da pesquisa e análise dessas questões que procuramos responder acerca da existência ou não de uma divisão sexual substancialmente mais justa do trabalho, tanto no interior da família patriarcal, bem como no universo produtivo da sociedade capitalista contemporânea |
| Abstract: | This work tries to present, through an empiric investigation, some elements that are present in the sexual division of labor, both in the productive space and in the reproductive one, trying to understand the existent relationship among the division of tasks in the female workers domestic sphere and its functions in the world of the salaried work in the section of telemarketing in Brazil. The accomplished research shows that the sexual division of tasks present in both work and reproduction has been responsible for a deep situation of inequalities between men and women, a tendency confirmed in our investigation in the section of telemarketing. In order to understand these elements, our study took us to explore more analytically the meaning of the categories of Labor and Reproduction. Therefore, it is through research and analysis of those subjects that we have tried to answer questions about the existence or not of a sexual division substantially fairer of labor inside the patriarchal family as well as in the productive universe of contemporary capitalist society |
